Graveside services for the late Mr. Yukio Nakamura, 86 year-old Brawley, CA born resident of Los Angeles who was a "Shichidan" (7th Degree Judo Black Belt ranking ), passed away on October 16 at his residence, were held on Saturday, October 28 at Green Hills Memorial Park with Rinban Chuho Matsubayashi officiating, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

He is survived by his wife, Sumi Nakamura; son, Dr. Dennis (Jeannette) Nakamura; daughter, Marion (Richard) Lindell of Connecticut; grandson, Ryan Nakamura; brother, Tohru (Akiko) Tsuchiya of Japan, and Tsuneo (Shizue) Nakamura; step-sister, Reiko (Ryosaku) Ohashi of Japan; also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
