YUKIO JACK KUROKI, age 95 passed away on June 20, 2017.

Beloved father of  Raymond (Nanette) Kuroki and Donna Ann Maudlin; grandfather of  Tiffany (Jesse) Clegg, Tanya Maudlin, and Darren (Michelle) Nomura; great-grandfather of Harper Clegg and Drew Clegg; Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Public memorial services will be held on Friday July 7, 2017, 10:00 AM at Venice-Santa Monica Free Methodist Church, 4871 S Centinela Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90066
