Yoshiyuki Clarence Yamahira, age 85, born in Oahu, HI, resident of Los Angeles, passed away on Tue. Jan. 1, 2013. He is survived by his sisters, Taeko (Neal) Hayashida and Emiko (Toshisada) Tamura of HI; nieces & nephews, Nelson (Janet) Hayashida, John Hayashida, Glenn Hayashida, Sarah Tamura of HI and Diane (Glen) Hiraki of WA and survived by many nieces, nephew and other relatives here Hawaii and in Japan.

Private funeral was held on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with minister of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
