Private Service of Committal for the late Mr. Yoshio Thomas Omaye, an 80-year-old, Los Angeles, California-born Nisei resident of Bellflower and former internee of Gila River Relocation Camp who passed away on March 8, 2012 was held at Green Hills Memorial Park, officiated by Father Richard Hoynes of St. Francis Xavier Chapel.

Mr. Ohmaye was predeceased by his sister Aiko Ohmaye and his brother-in-law, Warren Rich. He is survived by his sister Ayako Rich and his nephew, Ken Rich. Also survived by other relatives in Japan.
