Funeral services for the late Yoshio Koya, 90-year-old, Kagoshima, Japan born resident of Canoga Park, who passed away peacefully on June 20, 2018 at Northridge Hospital Medical Center will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2 p.m. at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 E. 3 ^rd St., Los Angeles, CA.

He is survived by his loving family; wife, Satsuko Koya; daughters, Chiyemi June (Dean) Kunihiro, Linda Naomi (Eric) Miyamoto, and Marge Mayumi (George) Hashimoto; grandchildren, Gina and Lisa Kunihiro, Jennifer and Haley Hashimoto, and Megan Miyamoto; sisters, Masako Maezono and Yoshiko Saito both of Japan; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
