Yoneo Matsubara, beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend peacefully left us on June 25 at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.  Private service was held on Monday, July 15 at Fukui Mortuary.  Rev. Rimban William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji officiated.  He is survived by his wife, Irene; his brother, Dan (Phyllis); nieces and nephews, Deedy Kurashima (Steve), Sandi Kosaka (Alan), Randy Matsubara and Jeffery Ige; grandnephews, Kyle, Derek, Austin, Aidan, and Kalii.
