Obituary
Private funeral services for the late Mr.Yoji Joseph Uyeda, 95-year-old, Los Angeles born and resident, who passed away on October 24, were held on November 5 at St. Xavier Chapel , with Father. Richard Hoynes officiating.
He is survived by his daughters, Genevieve Hatsumi (Gene) Lew, Fusa Susan Kaino and Masa Irene (David) Ozaki; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Yoneko Amimoto, Okuni Yamamoto and Shikako Sogabe; brothers, Saburo and Shiro (Shitone"Toni") Uyeda; sister-in-law, Catherine Uyeda; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
