Yayeko Ruth Yakura
Funeral services for the late Mrs. Yayeko Ruth Yakura, 87 year old Whitter, California Kibei-Nisei resident of Santa Monica who passed away on February 4, 2008 at Brotman Medical Center will be held on Saturday, February 16, 10:00 AM at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel In The Garden" 707 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles, officiated by Rev. Shumyo Kojima of Zenshuji Soto Mission.
She is survived by her son, Yasuo (Hiroyo) Yonemura of Japan; sister-in-law Sumiko Yakura, of California; 2 grandchildren in Japan. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
