Obituary
Funeral services for the late Yasuko Ogata, 91 year old Tomonomachi, Hiroshima Ken born resident of Monterey Park, who passed away on Mar. 29, 2009 were held Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Los Angeles Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.
Yasuko is survived by son, Frank Hiroyuki (Carolyn) Ogata; daughter, Jean Misako (Glen) Omura; grandchildren, Michelle Chiemi (Anders) Olson, Jeffrey Yoneo Akahoshi, Andrew Manabu and Anna Rie Ogata; sister in law, Nobuko Yagake; newphew, Mike (Karen) Yagake; and niece Helen (Brian) Yagake. Yasuko is survived by many other loving family members here and in Japan.
