Yasuko Nagai passed away at 103 years old on April 8, 2016. Public funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 17th, 11:00 AM at Fukui Mortuary, "Chapel in the Garden," 707 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles.
She is predeceased by her sons, Mitsuo Iwata and Kenneth Nagai, and spouses Katsuo Nagai and Hiroshi Iwata.
Mrs. Nagai is survived by her daughters, Kazuko (Hatsuo)Kanazawa of Sunnyvale, California and Eleanor (George Barton)Nagai of Portland, Oregon, her brothers Takumi Shigenaka of Santa Maria, California and Sumito (Yotsuko) Shigenaka of Arroyo Grande, California, and her grandchildren, Richard, Chris and Eric Kanazawa, Timothy, Emiko, Sarah, Nat and Josh Iwata and Nicholas and Rachael Barton. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
