Memorial services for the late Yaeko Kawazoye, 93-year-old Los Angeles resident, who passed away on August 25, will be held on Friday, August 31, at 11 a.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 S. Central Avenue, Los Angeles, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband George to whom she was married for 66 years before his death 10 years ago. She is survived by her sister, Sumiye Sue Takayama; sisters-in-law Alyse (Masa) Munesato, Agnes (Taka) Munesato, and Irene (Sam) Munesato; 18 nieces and nephews, and several grand nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express its sincere thanks to her many devoted friends at Centenary United Methodist Church who assisted her in her later years.
