William Tanaka, 86-year-old, Juneau, Alaska born resident of Monrovia, passed away on September 22, 2013. Private family service will be held on a later date.
Predeceased by his wife, Tomiko Tanaka. He is survived by his sons, Michael (Jill) and Jim (Michele) Tanaka; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Alice (Kats) Hikido and Mary (Joe) Abo; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
