Private memorial services for the late Walter Yoshika Uyemura, 60-year-old, Los Angeles, CA born, resident of Gardena, who passed away peacefully on October 4, 2020 were held at Green Hills Memorial Park with Rev. John Iwohara of Gardena Buddhist Church.

He is survived by his loving family; mother, Setsuko Uyemura; brothers, Kenneth (Diane) Uyemura, and Glenn (Jacklyn) Uyemura; nephew, Wayne Uyemura; he is also survived by other relatives.
