Visitation, 10:00 a.m. followed by mass at 11:00 a.m for the late Vincent Eiichi Uyeda, 93 year-old life long resident of Los Angeles who passed away at his residence with his family at his bedside, will be held on Saturday, October 28 at Maryknoll Catholic Church 222 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine Suzuko Uyeda; sons, Robert (Blossom), Yutaka Uyeda (Linda Wong); daughters, Tayeko (Pat) Patterson, Aileen Yoshiko Uyeda, Alice (Stanley) Doi; grandchildren, Andrea and Jaret Uyeda, Dawn, Eric, Daryl and Greg Gima, Steven (Maribel), Debbie and Joey Sato; Gwen Doi, Carolyn (Aras) Alekna and Russell Doi; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Yoji, Sab, Shiro (Toni) Uyeda, Akira Kikugawa; sisters, Yone Amimoto, Okuni Yamamoto, Shikako Sogabe, Midori Tachibana and Emi (Yosh) Kamiya; sister-in-law, Yoko Kikugawa; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
