Obituary
Memorial Services for Victor Nobuyuki Ito, a Stockton, California-born Nisei resident of Gardena who passed away on September 30 will be held privately.
Mr. Ito attended USC School of Pharmacy until he was forced to leave by Executive Order 9066 and was sent to the relocation camp at Rohwer, Arkansas. He later graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
Served as a Corporal in the United States Army during WWII and in Occupied Japan. After his honorable discharge he worked as a pharmacist at Thrifty's for 30 years until his retirement. He enjoyed blackjack, dancing and golf.
Predeceased by his wife, Michiko Nakamura Ito. Beloved father of Susan Ito (Robert) Hollander of Florida, Julie Ito (Gregory) Sue and Stanley (Marcia) Ito; grandfather of 6, brother of 6. Also survived by many other relatives.
