Funeral services for the late Mrs. Vera Shinobu Sato, 88 year-old born and resident of Los Angeles who passed away on December 8 at her residence will be held on Saturday, December 13, 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery "Ivy Chapel", 204 N. Evergreen Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90033 with Bishop Seicho Asahi of Koyasan Buddhist Temple officiating.

She is survived by her sons, Howard and Jerry (Esperanza) Sato; daughter, Dorothy Sato; grandchildren, Priscilla and George Sato, Bruce and Kevin Sato; great-grandson, Jeremy Sato; brother, Akira Kitada; sister, Kay (Joe) Hamai; also survived by many nieces nephews and other relatives.
