Dr. OKADA, Tsuyoshi (80), a former USAR Capt. of Medical Corps., passed away suddenly on January 16th at his residence in Torrance. Beloved husband of Violet Sumiye Okada; father of Cheryl Yoshiye (Nobuyuki) Yamasaki, Michael Hiroshi and Douglas Ichiro (Belle) Okada, and Joanie Mitsuko (Robert Yukio) Sakogawa; grandfather of Michelle Hatsumi and Brent Masayuki Yamasaki, Sean Tsuyoshi and Tiffani Sumiye Okada, Justin Susumu, Timothy Tsuyoshi, Krista Sumiye, and Matthew Koichi Sakogawa; brother of Isamu (Katsie) of Colorado and Dr. Masahito (Nannette) Okada, and Mary Jane (Dr. Marlin) Sakata of Washington. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 29th, 10:30 am at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 W. 158th St., Gardena. Final tribute will be held prior to the service, 8:30am-10:20am.
