Private family service for the late Toyo Higa, 92-year-old, CA born resident of Duarte, who passed away on December 9, was held on Thursday, December 15 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" in Los Angeles.
She is survived by her children, Atsushi (Emiko) and Takashi (Satomi) Higa, and Keiko (Fred) Furuya; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
