Obituary
Funeral service for the late Toyo K. Hanks, 78-year-old Tokyo-born naturalized U.S. citizen and resident of San Pedro who passed away on June 20 at Gardena Convalescent Center, will be held on Saturday, June 24, from 2 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., L.A.
She is survived by her brother, Teizo Kato and two sisters, Hisako Shingaki and Fumiko Okumura, all of Japan.
