July 6, 1923 – February 10, 2012

Tosh Kawahara, aka Tomi, died February 10 at home in Pasadena at 88 years of age. Born in Pasadena, he was a lifelong resident except around WWII. Most of his career he was Chief Pharmacist at Beverly Hospital in Montebello. He was active at church and in the community.

He is survived by Mitsuko (aka Mitzi), his wife of more than 63 years, children Avis and Paul (Elaine), grandsons Ryan, Jason and Jesse, sisters Susie Yamada and Florence Miyoko (Don ) Fujimoto, sister-in-law Helen, cousins and other relatives.

Memorial service will be Saturday, March 24, 11:00 AM at First Presbyterian Church - Altadena, 2775 Lincoln Ave, Altadena, CA 91001.
