Obituary
Toshiko Wake, 88, born in Ehime-Ken, Japan, and a longtime resident of Los Angeles, CA, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2024.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Fumika (Dwight Yoshiyuki) Hamasaki, son, Henry Yoji Wake; grandchildren, Nicole Ayaka and Jaimee Akina Hamasaki and Kenni Ryuma Wake; siblings, Tsuyoshi, Yuko, Munetada, and Mikayo Nakai of Japan, Wake family of Ehime-ken, Japan; also survived by other relatives here and in Japan.
A private funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Zenshuji Soto Mission, 123 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles, CA 90012
