Family burial services for the late Toshiko (T.Y.) Takizawa were held on March 12, 2016 at Evergreen Cemetery. A resident of Los Angeles, she passed away on January 9, 2016. She was born in Seattle, Washington. A memorial gathering will be held in May.
She is survived by her husband Carl, daughters Anne Clare and Nina Bea (David), son Paul, and grandchildren, Sarah, Keiko, Mari, and Nolan.
