Funeral services for the late Toshiko Betty Takeshita, 75-year-old, El Monte, CA born resident of Sunland, who passed away on June 1, 2008, will be held on Sunday, June 8, 3:00 P.M. at San Fernando Valley Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 9450 Remick Ave., Pacoima, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the City of Hope in memory of Mrs. Toshiko Betty Takeshita.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Hiroshi Jack Takeshita; daughter, Linda Keiko and Rod Kuratomi; sons, Robert J. and Shelley Takeshita, Michael Y. and Natalie Takeshita; grandchildren, Traci Kuratomi, and Cory, Robyn and Bryan Takeshita; sister, Evelyn Motoyama; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
