Toshie Setoguchi, age 88, El Monte–born and a longtime resident of Torrance, California, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Chris) James; sister, Michiko Matsunami.
A memorial service will be held at West L.A. United Methodist Church on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM. A private casket burial will be held at a later date.
