Obituary
Funeral service for Torao Fred Asari, 86-year-old Honolulu, HI born resident of Long Beach who passed away on Nov. 5, 2007 at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, will be held on Monday, Nov. 12 from 2:00 PM at Zenshuji Soto Mission, 123 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary (213)626-0441.
The deceased is survived by his wife, Sue Sugie Asari; daughters, Diane Fujie Asari and Christine Shigeko (Jim) Mercer. Also survived by cousins, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, and nephews locally and other relatives in Hawaii and Japan.
The family requests that flowers please be omitted.
