Tong Fong Quan, 95 year-old, China-born, resident of Cypress, CA, passed away on March 24, 2025.  He was one of two sons born to Lui King Jew and Gooey Bing Quan.  Along with his late wives, Lily Ping Wong and Mei Oi Wong, he welcomed many children and grandchildren.

Predeceased by his wives, Lily Ping Quan in 1983 and Mei Oi Quan in 2007; he is survived by his daughters, Alison (Keith) Kitagawa, Jenny (Edward) Jordan, and Shirley (Michael) Quan-Neang; grandchildren, Randy (Heather) Kitagawa and Nicole (Nik) Smith, Ashley Jordan and Emily (Tanyx) Jordan-Madrigal, Mikey and Kaitlin Neang; great-grandchildren, Naia and Shay Kitagawa, and Bailey Smith; brother, Victor (Shirley) Quan; grand dogs, Shimmy, Barney and Aloha; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 12 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park "Old North Church" 6300 Forest Lawn Dr. in Hollywood Hills.
