Funeral services for the late Mr. Tomio Miya, 81 year-old, Layton, Utah born veteran and resident of Seal Beach, CA who passed away peacefully on April 26 will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 11:30 AM at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 12371 Braddock Drive, Culver City, 90230.
A public visitation will be held on Saturday, May 9th from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., L.A., 90012
He was predeceased by his son, Scott Miya and is survived by his loving family; wife, Eiko Miya; children, Janice (Denver) McClellan and Kris (Amanda) Miya; grandchildren, Rachel (Forrest) Toor, Scott McClellan and Conner Miya; brother, Hisami Miya; sister, Fumiko Matsumoto; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
