Tom Takao Oshita, husband, father of 3, aircraft technician and member of the "Southern California Sporters" fishing club, has died. He passed peacefully on Tuesday, 15 November, from a long term illness. Tom was born in Yuba City, California in 1928. He lived in California throughout his life, and settled in Los Angeles for the last 59 years. Tom had a very full life and many friends, we shall miss him very much. He is survived by his wife, Jane Yoko Oshita, his children, Wendy, Gary, and John Oshita, his sister May Mayeda, and many other relatives. Private services were held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel In The Garden".
