Family service for TOKIE OTA, 85, a Los Angeles born Nisei and resident of Gardena who passed away on August 21 at the Centinela Hospital, was held on Friday, August 25 at the Green Hills Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Kyogyo Miura of Gardena Buddhist Church officiating under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her sons, Ken (Kiyoko) of Tucson and Dennis (Sharon) Ota; daughters, Valerie Ota and Candace (Craig) Fuchino; grandchildren, Douglas, Travis and Janel Ota and Bruce and Laura Fuchino; sister, Masaye Maruyama and many other relatives.
