Terumi Iwamoto, 98-year-old, born on Terminal Island, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 25, 11 a.m. at West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple, 2003 Corinth Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90025.

Terumi is survived by her loving family: husband of 72 years, Takao; children, Denis Iwamoto, Gary (Grace) Iwamoto, Joyce Iwamoto (Terance Tashiro); grandchildren, Garrett and Evan Iwamoto; she is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
