Funeral service for the late Ted Susumu Miyakawa, 86 year-old Nisei, Korean War veteran and long time resident of Gardena, CA, who passed away on May 9, 2013, will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 11:00 am at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles with Rev. Kodo Tanaka of Jodoshu North America Buddhist Missions officiating.

He is survived by his loving family; daughters, Lori Miyakawa and Dawn (Spencer) Shimizu; son, David Miyakawa; grandchildren, Jared and Lauren Shimizu; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Family is requesting casual attire.
