Funeral service for TED KAJIYA, 82, a Pueblo, Colorado-born Nisei and veteran of the Korean Conflict who passed away on April 11 at USC Medical Center, will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 7PM at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 East 3rd St., L.A., under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
He is survived by his wife, Vernae; daughter Allison (Nathan) Haramoto and daughter Jennifer (Craig) Uyeda of Sunnyvale; grandchildren, Noah, Evan, Dylan, Reese and Jason; brother, Frank (Alice) Kajiya; sisters, Hisa (Joe) Hamada of Ohio, Alice Chapman, Amy Tsurumoto of Sebastopol and Rose Kitagawa of Sunnyvale and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
