Osaka, Japan born, Tazuka Koyama passed away on November 23, 2016 at age 84. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, church member, and friend. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Samuel Koyama, and daughter, Julie Nakama, and siblings: Haruo Iseri, Yukio Iseri, Teruo Iseri, and Michi Uchino. She is survived by her children: John (Joycelyn) Koyama and Lily (Dan) Taguchi; sister-in-laws: Nobu and Nobue Iseri; and grandchildren:   Grace and William Koyama, Katelyn, Matthew, and Nicole Nakama and Kiana Taguchi, plus nieces and nephews and many other relatives. Memorial services were held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the Union Church of Los Angeles.
