Memorial Services for the late Mr. Takewo Hirata, a Los Angeles, California-born Nisei resident of Montebello who passed away on December 8, 2012 will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2012, 11:00 AM at Evergreen Baptist Church of Los Angeles, 1255 San Gabriel Blvd., Rosemead, CA 91770, officiated by Pastor Kevin Doi of Epic Church of Fullerton, CA.

Mr. Hirata was predeceased by his daughter, Stacy Matsuda. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jane Megumi; children, Shelley and Derek (Stacy) Hirata; grandchildren, Mylan, Maila and Nayden Hirata. Also survived by many other relatives.
