Funeral services for the late Takeshi "Tak" Kiyohara, 90-year-old, Santa Maria, CA born resident of Anaheim, who passed away on March 27, 2016, will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016, 2:00 p.m. at Orange County Buddhist Church 909 S. Dale Ave. in Anaheim.

Predeceased by his brothers, Akira and Ronnie Kiyohara; he is survived by his beloved wife, Aiko Kiyohara; children, Alan (Lisa) and Gary (Melody) Kiyohara, and Julie (Julio) Rivera; grandchildren, Nicolas, Grant and Ian Kiyohara, and Mitchell and Kai Rivera; siblings, Isao Kiyohara and Mary (Lucky) Yamaga; sister-in-law, Ruby Kiyohara; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
