Dr. Takeshi "Ted" Hayashida
Private funeral services for late Dr. Takeshi "Ted" Hayashida, an 84 year old Santa Ana, California-born Nisei and honorably discharged veteran member of the M.I.S. were held on December 6 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden," officiated by Pastor Greg McCord.
Dr. Hayashida is survived by his wife, Sakaye Hayashida; children, Phyllis (Richard) Hiraki of Texas, Leslie (Robert) Crawford, David Hayashida and John (Anne) Hayashida of Hawaii; 6 grandchildren; brothers, George (Joy) Hayashida of Washington and Frank (Claudette) Hayashida of Kansas.
