Public memorial services for the late Takashi Wada, 97-year-old,
Sanger born, resident of Torrance, served in the 442nd RCT, L Company, who passed away on July15,will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2:00 P.M. at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 West 158th Street, Gardena, California 90247.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Wada; sons, Craig (Roxanne) and Brian Wada; daughters, Mona (Tom) Kawasawa and Lisa Wada; grandchildren, Dori and Derrick Wada, Kristin and Mandi San Miguel, Adam and Brett Kawasawa; sisters, Rose Wakida and Faye Harada; also survived by other relatives.
