Memorial services for the late Takashi Terry Makiyama, 85-year old, Seattle Washington born, resident of Redondo Beach, CA who passed away peacefully at his residence on March 22 will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012 with Rev. Clifford Ishigaki officiating
He is survived by his beloved wife, Martha Makiyama; children, Linda Lui, Gary (Mitzi) Makiyama and Randy (Monica) Makiyama; grandchildren, Nicole and Derek Lui, Kellyn Makiyama; sibling, Hideko (Shig) Yamashita, Sadie Tsuyuki, Itsuko Setsuda and Miyoko (Kiyo) Iwasaki and also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
