Takako Morita, 95 years old, born in Okinawa, Japan, resident of Los Angeles, passed away on May 6, 2020 peacefully in the presence of her children.

She is survived by her son, Walter (Carrie) Morita; daughters, Jennifer (Bruce) Kerr, Laura (Gary) Bethel and Judy (Mel) Kaneshiro; grandchildren, Ty Morita, Greg (Radeyah) Morita, Jessica Lee, Jordan (Celina) Lee, Paul Salvador, Kelli Kaneshiro and Zachary Kaneshiro; great-grandchildren, Kaden Salvador, Noah Salvador, Kazuo Morita, Caitlyn Roseborough, Wyatt Roseborough and Jorline Lee.

She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Due to the present pandemic situation, a private family service was held at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" and she will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery, Santa Monica.
