A private family service for the late Mr. Takaji "Mike" Ikeda, 97 year-old Salinas, CA born Nisei and resident of Sierra Madre, CA who passed away peacefully on July 26, 2017 was held on Saturday, August 12 ^th at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" with Rimban William Briones of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.

He is survived by his loving family; daughter, Naomi (Ted Hackett) Ikeda-Hackett and sister Shizue Imamura of Japan also survived by nieces, nephew and other relative.
