Private funeral services for the late Takahiro Hattori, 99-year-old, Nagoya born resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on March 31, 2006, was held on April 12th at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden".

He is survived by his beloved wife, Satsuko; children, Nancy Hattori, Emerly Gueron, Floyd Hattori and Irene (Ronald) Takaragawa; grandchildren, John (Michelle) Gueron, Gea Gueron, Stephanie Takaragawa, and Laura (Scott) Takaragawa-Brown; sister, Yaeko (Sam) Sakamoto; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
