A memorial service for the late Takaaki Tom Yamanaka, 89-year-old, CA born resident of Sun Valley, who passed away on January 7, 2014 at Sherman Oaks Hospital, will be held on Saturday, February 8, 12:00 P.M. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St., L.A.
Taka, also known as Tom is survived by his sister, Kumi Shibuya and many nephews, nieces and cousins.
The family kindly requests casual attire.
