Tad Henry Horiuchi's Obituary
Memorial service for Tad Henry Horiuchi, 81-year-old Los Angels born resident of Lomita who passed away on Oct. 2, 2013 at Harbar-UCLA Medical Center, will be held on Monday, Oct. 28 at 10:00 AM at Faith United Methodist Church, 2115 West 182nd St., Torrance.
He is survived by his wife, Emma Yaeko Horiuchi; son, Glenn Tad (Stephanie) Horiuchi; daughter, Jane Barrie (Dean) Shimizu; grandchildren,
Christopher Horiuchi, Brian Shimizu, Alyssa Horiuchi and Jonathan Shimizu; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
