Funeral services under the auspices of the Los Angeles Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple Buddhist Women's Association for the late Suzette M. Kawaguchi, 66-year-old, Los Angeles, California born, resident of Monterey Park, who passed away on October 8, 2024, will be held on Thursday, October 24, 11 a.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple 815 E. First St. in Los Angeles.  In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in memory of Suzette Kawaguchi to Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Kawaguchi; daughter, Lauren (Josh) Urquidi; son, Jonathan Kawaguchi; grandson, Barrett Urquidi; mother, Joyce Nakamura; siblings; Westley Kuba, Steven (Jenny) Nakamura, and Wendy (Randy Mikuriya) Nakamura; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
