Funeral service for the late Susumu "Mel" Minami, 69-year-old, Arizona born resident of Rancho Cucamonga, who passed away on December 12, 2012, will be held on Saturday, December 22, 11:00 A.M. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St., L.A.

Predeceased by his parents, Yoshimatsu and Koito Minami, and brother, Yayoshi Minami; he is survived by his siblings, Emiko Amy (Eugene) Chan, and Norio (Eileen) and Masaru (Raquel) Minami; sister-in-law, Akemi Minami; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
