Family services for the late Susie Shigeko Iwazawa, 77-year-old Hanford, Calif.-born Nisei and resident of Los Angeles who passed away on March 17 at her residence, were held on March 22 at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her sisters, Bette Miyoko (Ted) Miyakawa of Gardena and Sally Shizuko (Akira) Matsubara of Fresno; brother, Masami Iwazawa of Japan; nieces, Lori Miyakawa and Dawn (Spencer) Shimizu; nephews, David Miyakawa, Masayoshi Iwazawa and Masanori Iwazawa; and many other relatives.
