Susan Kondo, neé Chew (72) California-born, lifelong resident of Los Angeles passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with lymphoma on May 27, 2017. She was preceded in death by her sister Elsie Yoshii and her brothers Jackson, John, and James Chew. She is survived by her husband Keith, daughter Kimi (Carol), son Todd, sister Jean (Stephen) Lee, cats Charlie, Sheena, Koli, and grandcats Jade, Jewel, Jet, and Jazzy.
Susan was a wonderful cook, an avid fisherwoman, ran 5Ks/10Ks/marathons, and was her children's biggest cheerleader at their sporting events. She had a heart of gold and could talk to anyone, making all that she met feel welcome and special.
