Private funeral services for the late Mrs. Sumiye Suzuki, 102year-old, Glendale California born, resident of Los Angeles who passed away on October 25, were held on November 11 at West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple, officiated by Rev. Fumiaki Usuki.

She was Predeceased by her husband, Kanenori Suzuki; son, Ryosuke Suzuki.

She is survived by her children, Jane Nobuko Masuda and Nancy Miyeko (Koji) Hirai; grandchildren, Steve Shinji (Maile) Hirai and Matthew Hiroshi (Kumiko) Msuda, Stephanie Junko (Jonathan) Masuda, Brian Makoto Hirai, and Sandra Yuko (Scott) Kinoshita;

Great-grandchildren, Grace Hirai, Emily Chen, Eve Hirai, Joshua Chen, Kate Masuda, and Melody Kinoshita; Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
