Sumiye "Sue" Kawamura Miyake (1921-2012) passed away peacefully on Friday, June 15, 2012.
Sumiye is survived by her husband Kazuo "Eddie" Miyake; son, Rickie (Julie) Miyake; daughter, Jessie Cheatham; and grandchildren, Greg and Katie Miyake.
No service is planned. In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks that Sumiye be fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
