SUMIKO SAKAMOTO, born and resident of Los Angeles, passed away on February 3, 2020. Private funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 11 at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, Bishop Noriaki Ito officiating.

She is survived by son, Stephen (Lori) Sakamoto; grandchildren, Avery (Kayla), Evan, and Wistan (Alana) Sakamoto;

Step-grandchildren, Ashley and Robert Plumb; brother, Robert (Muts) Sakaki; also survived by many nephews, nieces and other relatives.
